Graph Builder X-Year, Y-Provincial GDP, Wrap-Province

3.Add Annotate(T)

4.Add Local Data Filter > by Province5.Filter

6.Clear Filter, then all Matrix add annotate

7.But I want to add annotate in Anhui box Only,how to do it?
