I am beginning planning the US 2019 Friday Mastering JMP and Thursday Advanced Mastering JMP sessions. These sessions serve five main purposes:
1. MOTIVATE Outline for customers what business challenge they might be able to meet after seeing a case study on the session planned for a particular date. (jmp.com/mastering; each topic offered 2-3 times/year)
2. ENGAGE Ask and answer their questions to better prepare them to go try what they saw demonstrated. (live webinar)
3. SUPPORT Create videos that attendees and non-attendees can watch to help them master each topic presented live. (jmp.com/mastering-ondemand)
4. GO BEYOND Provide accompanying JMP Journals, PPTX slides, and other references to help them master each topic. (community.jmp.com/mastering)
5. CONSERVE SE RESOURCES Reduce the number of in-house sessions needed to support current customers. (all of the above)
Here are views to date for each video. Some of these are no longer available, need to be removed, etc. (That is a separate project for me.) Lots of variables impact number of views, but this will give you an idea of the most popular videos. Most viewed of course does not necessarily equate to best, most valuable, etc., but will give you and idea of what people are finding and watching.
Hi Gail,
thanks for this list. It's very interesting to see that highest Views per Week achieve mainly the very basic topics which are also named as such - all about data prep, introduction, ...
And when we look at the very old ones (>200w) who still have a high view per week (>7) it is all about DOE.
I think modernizing those topics would be a good way to adress both everlasting interest and more modern approaches and JMP look and feel.
Best,
Martin
