modeling output functional data with input functional data

Hi,

do you have an example where we use Functional data Explorer to fit a output function (like a kinetic behavior over time) by input functions (measurements over time)?

I understand how you can fit a response by functions using FPCs, but what if the response is a functional data?

Do I simply use two responses (e.g. FPC1 and FPC2) and how can I bring that into a profiler where I can see the functional forms then, kind of like the profiler of the functional summaries)?

 

If there is already a nice example showing this would be perfect.

I have an example of a functional response. I have been working it into a workshop with instructions as a hands-on case study example. It shows how you can profile the functional response once you have built the model. You will need Pro 14.1. I can place the current version here:
