MSA Study Design Add-In

Question

Hi - has anyone come across an add-in for this?  I have used the MSA study design script from STIPS but curious if someone has used/seen an add-in.

FWIW - I used factorial design to show the customer.  But their reaction was "why isn't this in plain English"?  I will probably send them the STIPS script.

Hey Wendy,

I use the custom designer to show MSA study design. What I like about this is that it demonstrates in a simple way that MSA is a designed experiment. I have demod this concept with customers and had great discussions around the idea that there may be more factors than operator, part and instrument contributing to measurement variation. Custom designer is also a built-in tool.

I have attached my journal and data table for my non-destructive MSA demo. The journal is structured to follow along and has instructions for designing the experiment from the custom designer.
