Do STIPS enrolled students get entered in as leads?
Also - I realize customers are creating SAS profiles to sign up for STIPS - which does not require information about where they reside (which state for example) - but it would great if we had this information so that we can use it to reach out to students to see if they have questions.

We'll have a WebEx with US inside sales in August to talk about the data that will reside in SalesForce, and how we will use these data. The agreement, from Jon Weisz, Diana Levey, and sales, is that we will handle these "leads" with kid gloves. We met with Rebecca Surendra, who agreed that, at the most, the students will receive an email (from a template) with the message, "welcome to the course, we're here if you need anything". We want to respect that these "leads" are taking the course to learn - they might feel "tricked" if we treat them as active sales leads.
