I am working with a customer who is using JMP to tokenize and create DTM's for product complaint data. Ultimately, this is something he would like to automate in a database.
The end state is to build a model that classifies complaints into specific categories using the DTM as inputs. It is clear how this aspect can be deployed in database (exporting code from JMP's formula depot). However, it is not clear to me how one automates the first part of the process (tokenization of the complaint and creating a DTM) in database.
