Saving Neural analysis without rerunning?Anyone have a trick for saving a Neural report and have it NOT rerun when you open it? Saving as a script or a .jrp both rerun the analysis. Any trick to get it to be "live" and not static?
Re: Saving Neural analysis without rerunning?Hi Jeff, when you save a Bootstrap forest report back to the data table it seems that you just get the final report back with the interactivity in the Profiler and so forth, May I just didn’t recognize it correctly but that’s what I thought until now. In NN it is not the way it reruns a new NN, which one s quite cumbersome if it last a long time to finish and you want to save the results for later to be able to show it someone else.
Saving the formula and open it in the Profiler often but not always is ok, sometimes you want to compare more than just the Profiler eg when comparing different networks you want to see also the networks and other information.
Mary, is that what you also wanted to know?Re: Saving Neural analysis without rerunning? What interactivity is the user looking for here? There's no way for it be interactive without running it. A .jrp is just another form of a script, so that's just going to run it again.
Re: Saving Neural analysis without rerunning? Not really a solution, but a work around. What I have done in the past is set the seed, so I get the same results. You still have to run the analysis again. I typically do that then save the fast formulas to the data table. Again not excatly what you are hoping for, but at least gets you the same results.
