Anybody have an example data set related to pricing? Customer is specifically asking for an example using JMP to set prices, but did not provide other details.

Chapter 5 in the Visual Six Sigma book deals with pricing - Transforming Pricing Management in a Chemical Supplier. All data sets for the examples in the book (with saved scripts) are available here.
This was written around JMP 8, but much is still valid (fyi - we're currently revising the book around JMP 12).

See if this data set would help: D17 Price Change Analysis in the JMP Technical Reference Library (available over the JMP SE Community site). This data set deals with using JMP to help explore price change (elasticity) over time.
Re: Pricing example dataJordan: Maybe a bit of a stretch, but the Mass Housing Data set from Klimberg and McCollough could be used? Response is mvalue for median value of a home...think real estate agent trying to establish go to market prices for new listings, or projecting revenue for commissions on sales etc.? Small enough data set to wrap your head around and certainly generic enough for just about any audience IMO.
