I'm working a Custom Design woith some "If possible" interactions (supersaturated design). I'm trying to add contranits where one of the factors cannot be larger than an other but it's giving me an error.
"seeding density post nucleofection (TNC)" cannot be larger than "cell amount (TNC)".
I clicked on the option "specify linear constraint and then have 0 factor A + 0 factor B + "1 cell amount (TNC)" + "-1 seeding density post nucleofection (TNC)" <= 0.
It says "There is a problem with the contraints, please check constraints for consistency"..
Can anybody help? Thank you
