To provide a focused approach to enhancements to the JMP User Community, the team will adopt an agile approach. Jira will be the tool use to assist in maintaining the agile methodology.
A few notes about the process:
- Sprints will be 3 weeks
- Updates will be released on Mondays
- Only closed stories will be released
- Feature branches will be used to track changes in Git
Stories will be created in the backlog. Backlog grooming sessions will be used to break down the stories in to manageable tasks that can be completed in a single sprint. Backlog grooming attendees will be based on the stories being discussed.
