Meta data extraction from a JMP table

Is there a way to extract the meta data in a JMP data table into a list or another data table?

It should be kind of similar to a SAS Dictionary with content like:

table info: LIBNAME, TABLENAME, MEMLABEL, TYPEMEM, NAME, Encoding, Last saving, Sort, Character set ...

Column Info: TYPE, LENGTH, VARNUM, LABEL, FORMAT ...

 

I know Justin's Table Attribute Add-in, which I believe would cover the Column Info but I think not the table info (if available at all?).

Why are they asking for this information? That might help to find a way around extracting metadata for their needs.Re: Meta data extraction from a JMP tableThe answer to your question is, of course, it depends on exactly what you want.

Can you clarify the table attributes you'd like to see? The items from the list in SAS don't mean much in the context of JMP, for example there's no libnames in JMP.

It seems the column attributes were good enopugh already (so add-in worked for them). If I get other requests on different attributes I'll add them here. Thanks.
