Feature Request: Custom Column Transformation

Question

One draw to massage data in excel before moving to JMP is column manipulation.  Attached is a script and add-in hat transforms many columns at once using fairly complex and customizable formulas.  Can some form of this become part of the New Formula Column -> Transform context menu?

I played with it but the first couple times I wanted to use that tool it would not do what I wanted it to, so I gave up on it.  This method automatically gives meaningful column names, it can reference static columns, it does not need columns in a specific order for it to work, and it needs as few as 6 mouse clicks.

Have you looked at the "Substitute Column Reference" under the "Standardize Column Attributes"?

It has it's limitations, but for many types of Excel Like formula copying, it works well.
