Model Comparison - Is there a way to run R codes as one of the models in model comparison in JMP 13?

One of our customers has asked for this, they said it is doable in EM.

Ghazal,

I assume you mean the results of R code. All you need is columns for the actual value and predicted values. Specify the predicted value as the Y. JMP will prompt you for what value it is trying to predict. The results will be similar to what you have seen when the predicted values contain a formula.

The Formula Depot in JMP 13 will consume any model encapsulated as a column formula as well.

In this case I just made an arbitrary model in the boston housing data set (it will be terrible...)

The you can go to the Formula Depot and Add Fromula from Column

Then this arbitrary column can be used in a Follow Up model comparison.

So the FD could be useful in this workflow as well.
