Export Data Table to RDF

I would like to add data from a JMP Data Table to a graph database. It would be ideal if there was a script to export the data as W3C RDF. The W3C RDF Data Cube Vocabulary seems to be an appropriate encoding.

Are any tools or scripts available to export to RDF?

If not, would writing a custom export in JSL be an appropriate way to implement the transform?

I don't know of any existing tools/scripts for processing RDF. Certainly, somethlong could be written in JSL to accomplish the task.
