Running JMP Pro in Amazon Web Services?

Hey all.

We have a customer asking about running JMP Pro in an Amazon Web Services EC2 instance, in order to improve performance on large-ish predictive modeling tasks.

Anybody know of others doing this? Would love to hear feedback, known issues, pros and cons.

Jordan,  Kelli has the language to amend someone's supplement if they want to use Amazon.  It is a presentation server license though so there might be a fee component to this.  When I ran this way I didn't stress it much but response was fine.

Laura is right, it's technically possible but isn't covered by the standard license and requires a Presentation Server license.

Check with dave.richardson or Todd Hoffman for details on this license.
