Steps to reproduce using the interface 

1. Open the Broken Y Axis.jmp data table
2. Graph—>Graph Builder
3. Drop Time on Y-axis
4. Drop Time on Y-axis
5. Drop Run on X-axis
6. Adjust Graph Spacing
7. Adjust Y-Axis 250-350 increment 25
8. Adjust other Y-Axis 0-6 increment 1
9. Modify Legend Color
10. Remove graph title
11. Click Done
