JMP - Gmail

Hi,

a customer would like to send email from JMP using gmail through Chrome. it seems that it is only possible using Outlook. Will that change in the future?

I'm guessing this is related to: How to JSL script an e-mail to my gmail account.

We rely on the MAPI DLLs that come with Outlook. I believe you can configure Outlook to use gmail. There's no way for us to use a web browser to send email through gmail (or any other mail service). This is unlikely to change in the future.
