Placing Histograms

Hello friends,

 

if one puts several variables into Distribution and uses a split variable then the ordering of the results follows the levels of the split variable. Level 1: all variables, level 2: all variables,…

 

Now a customer wants to reverse the hierarchy of sorting; i.e. variable 1: all levels of the split, variable 2: all levels,….

 

The attached picture shows the desired solution. I tried some things s. scripts in the attached table. But nothing is really satisfactory. Does someone know an easy way to revert the ordering hierarchy of split-ed  analyses?

Bernd,

Did you try looking doing this through Graph Builder with Overlaid Distributions.

When I tried this by the split variable "Site" was able to use Value Label Ordering to reverse the order on the graph.

Might be over simplified, but might give you the path forward with scripting around Value Label Ordering to get where the customer wants to go.
