Sales Territory Event Location Mapping TemplateRecently our JMP Mid Atlantic sales team had the thought of holding an event (JMP Start with JMP) in a nontraditional location (Chesterbrook PA SAS regional office) to see if we could find a location more central to our target customers. Working with _@Robin Moran she identified 2 other nearby locales where the event could be conducted. So our team got to pondering...are either of these more central to our target customers? So I created a simple little JMP data table that places a plotting symbol at the geographic location of each customer's main site, the potential locales, and distances to each. Thought other teams might find this useful. Just replace your customer names, distances, and longitude/latitude and the map is quite visual. The embedded "Location" script draws the map...feel free to 'snatch and improve'.
