A method of expressing the estimation equation in polynomial regression in an extended manner

Often, the following inquiries are made from customers.

 

 

In the case of the above polynomial regression, the estimation equation is given in the form of a red square. In other words,

Y=β0+β1X1+β2(X1-C)^2

I am wondering how you can change these expressions like this, or what options you can change.

 

Y=β0+β1'X1+β2X1^2+C'

here

β1'=(β1-2Cβ2)X1, C'=β0+β2C^2
