Not sure where to post this, so I'll start here...
We have a JMP client (a very recent purchase, all new users) who has an IT dept that is very restrictive in what they allow their end-users to do. No users have admin rights. They managed to come up with a way to push JMP 14.0 to their end-users about 6 weeks ago. Now they have received the notification that they can update to 14.1, and they are wondering how set this up to push to their end-users as well.
I've explained to them the simple install philosophy, but they are set on no end-user involvement. At this point I'm way out of my depth.
I'm adding the latest email below. Any help is appreciated (including me to other resources as appropriate).
Thanks!
Jerry

Our users do not have admin rights on the computer.
We have downloaded the annual updaters.
What is the best method and syntax to silently push the upgrade 14.1 updaters via SCCM?
We would also like a copy of the full 14.1 installer for new builds.
Can nodesktop@moen.com be granted access to request software builds?
Hi Jerry,
I would encourage the customer to post their installation questions to the JMP Software Administrator section of the community or alternatively they can email our great team of technical experts, i.e., technical support (support@jmp.com).
Technical support can also help them with updating the site support personnel with any email address changes and/or contact changes.
best,
Stan
