Point release upgrade from 7.0.1 to 7.0.4<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />In order to deal better with the spam issues we need to upgrade from Jive 7.0.1 to Jive 7.0.4. You can learn more by checking out the cases in our support area in the Jive Community.
You’ll also find the case for tracking the upgrade process.
As a part of this process, we'll have to refresh UAT with the data and theme from PROD. ryan.dewitt, stanley.koprowski1, jonathan.bryant, this means that you'll need to note any changes you've made in UAT that you don't want to lose.
I believe that the plan after the UAT refresh is that they'll upgrade it to 7.0.4. We will then test to see that our theme and other customizations are working as expected.
If not, I will insist that we receive support from Jive for analyzing them and helping us to correct them. I've already begun to set this expectation.
Let's use this document to track our internal communications.
We can add a task list table below here when appropriate.
Update 08Aug:
The first step was to refresh UAT with PROD data. This was tracked in this case at Jive. I thought (hoped?) that would include bringing the theme from PROD over to UAT but it didn't. We now need to get the theme from PROD over to UAT so that it looks EXACTLY the same as PROD.
Tasks
Re: Point release upgrade from 7.0.1 to 7.0.4Ok. I have a copy of the 7Summits FTL Widget.
Re: Point release upgrade from 7.0.1 to 7.0.4I have the license keys for the Pokeshot plugin.
I have a copy of the Pokeshot plugin.
Not sure how to get a copy of the 7Summits FTL plugin.
Do we need a copy of any system properties?
Re: Point release upgrade from 7.0.1 to 7.0.4I believe Stan has the original plugins that are being used. I can't find where to download these.
Re: Point release upgrade from 7.0.1 to 7.0.4We need to make sure we've got local copies of all the non-Jive plug-ins from UAT and PROD before they are upgraded to 7.0.4.

I'm adding that task above.
stanley.koprowski1 and jonathan@jmp, could you two work on this?
