QSAR - Quantitative Structure Activity Modeling in JMP?Hello,
Can JMP perform "QSAR" similar types of models?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantitative_structure%E2%80%93activity_relationship
in relation to that can JMP perform "Free-Wilson Analysis"?
Thanks in advance,
Cheers,
Valerie
Re: QSAR - Quantitative Structure Activity Modeling in JMP?Just to add another plug for Silvio's paper in Prague . . .
It was special in that he used a number of platforms in a coordinated way, and provided all the materials for you to follow along retrospectively. More than that, it's a strong value proposition that is transferable.

Re: QSAR - Quantitative Structure Activity Modeling in JMP?Hi Valerie I have attached a couple of papers that seems relevant with a quick Google search on QSAR and JMP. One is from the Royal Society of Chemistry.
Also, I believe Silvio Miccio of P&G presented a paper at Prague Discovery.

Re: QSAR - Quantitative Structure Activity Modeling in JMP?Hi Valerie,
This is the area of JMP use at Astra Zeneca. They use JMP for Free Wilson analysis and other predictive modelling in contect of QSAR. See slide 23 of AZ Discovery Euope prsentation from 2015: https://community.jmp.com/t5/Discovery-Summit-Europe-2015/A-Million-to-One-Drug-Discovery-Is-a-Numbers-Game/ta-p/22319
Attached is Free-Wilson example in JMP and original paper.
