Prospecting - Cold Out reach

Hey Friends,

How do y'all do cold outreach? I find cold calling to be so yesterday and emailing is almost always ignored. How do you engage with people? Social media? LinkedIn? Ive been using LinkedIn (Navigator) a lot to connect and start a conversation but there are no emails or phone numbers. Thoughts?
