We've added a new topic for JMP Days called JMP for Life Sciences. Attached is the Journal and data sets I created for this topic. It currently focuses on three main areas: Graphing and Distributions, Bioassay data analysis, and Stability Analysis.
I could use your help to make sure that the content is neither too much or not enough for a 50 min to 1 hr. time slot. Also would be of help is to see what else I may be missing. I think the topic of Pharmacokinetics would be good to have as well given that one can use the profiler and nonlinear platforms for things like finding maximum effective dose but at minimum toxicity. Let me know what else your customer may need or potential customers and I can see what I can drum up.
I also included links to 3 add-ins created by Russ Wolfinger and relate to the life sciences. Two of the three add-ins repackage existing functionality in a different way that maybe more convenient for some users to use. The third, method comparison, adds some additional functionality. Read the help that comes with the add-ins for more info about them.
