Data Filter Question

Is it possible to se the data filter up to only show possible selections based on the selections currently in place? So if I have two columns in a table named Product and Lot as below. If I select Product A in the data filter when I add a filter for Lot it shows me the lots from A and B not just the lots from A based on the product selection. I am trying to use the filter as part of a script to filter thousands of lots from a hundred or so product types.

In their example, a list of auto models are populated based on a users car manufacturer choice.
