If I run a “fit model” using a covariate and two factors plus the interaction between the factors the LS Means plots produced for the factors come with nice 95%CL error bars, whereas the interaction plot of the factors “only shows the means. Question: is there a way to toggle on the 95%CL for the means in this plot (LS Means plot for interaction)? The confidence limits are available from the LS Adjusted means table but not directly on the plot.
