I am trying to write a formula that returns a "yes" or "no" into a column depending on whether the row is excluded or not.  So far I have the following formula:

If( Excluded( Empty() ), "Yes", "No").  This returns the proper value, but I cannot seem to get the column to automatically change from "Yes" to "No" if I change the row state from excluded to included or visa-versa.  Any suggestions for me?

Try this:

If( Excluded( Row State( Row() ) ), "Yes", "No")
