Problem to calculate ANOVA

Good day,

I have made a design of experiments, I entered the values of my answer, but at the moment of analyzing my data (using fit model) the data of my ANOVA do not appear to me. Attached screenshot of my data table and the result of my analysis. I hope you can guide me. Thank you
