Can't get Use Images as Markers to work

I am currently playing with the "Use Images as Markers" ability. I have followed the instructions and setting my colum to expression. However, when I click on Cols, I do not see the Use for Marker option. Is this only available in specific versions of JMP? Or am I missing something here? Currently using JMP 13.2.1

Side question: Is there a specific preferred format of image to use? JPG, GIF or PNG?

Images as Markers is a JMP 14 feature
