How do I send a variable list of columns to the Y grouping of the Variability chart?<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />

Hi

I would like to send a list of columns to the Variability Chart. The list wouldn't have fixed amount of items.

dt = Open("$SAMPLE_DATA/Variability Data/2 Factors Crossed.jmp");

List = {:Measurement , :standard};

obj = Variability Chart( Y( List ), X( :Operator, :part# ) );

I would like it to function similar to this code where it would create them all in the same window.

dt = Open( "$SAMPLE_DATA/Variability Data/2 Factors Crossed.jmp" );

obj = Variability Chart( Y( :Measurement , :standard ), X( :Operator, :part# ) );

Right now I have it as a loop running for the number items and generating a separate chart for each column in the list in individual windows.

Try Eval(List):

obj = Variability Chart(Y(Eval(List)), X(:Operator, :part#));;
