When you use JMP, there are a lot of things that you can do by analyzing (or working on) your own scripts.
In particular, it is common to store the script in the data table we were working on. At this time, it is easier and quicker to work with shortcut keys. This is limited to storing the job script in a data table, but its usage may be more extensive.
Please note that the contents below are set to JMP 14.2 version, and the language is English. If you are in Korean, please set Ctrl + k (or File >> Preferences >> Window) language to English.
First, JMP supports various shortcut keys. If you want to check the current shortcuts provided by your JMP, select Help >> Books >> Quick Reference.
Here's how to specify a shortcut in JMP.
First select View >> Customize >> Menu and Toolbars.

When the following window appears, you can find the Report >> Save Script to Data Table in the menu at the bottom left.

If you select Save Script to Data Table, you can see the following information in the right window. Perhaps everyone will not have a shortcut assigned to them.
To assign a new shortcut, you have to specify it by pressing the shortcut key. For example, to specify Ctrl + S, hold down the Ctrl key and press S together. However, if it has already been specified, the following message will be displayed.

Therefore, you need to find and specify a shortcut that is not specified. I have specified Ctrl + Shift + O in my case. After assigning, press OK to exit the data table. After analyzing with JMP, press Ctrl + Shift + O and a popup window will appear.
As I mentioned earlier, the above method is applicable to any command supported by View >> Customize >> Menu and Toolbars.
Why not create your own shortcut?
