Sequentially I am in JMP 13 software --> linear discrimination analysis --> Canonical Details (See Figure attached). My question: The value p (Prob>F) indicated by a red arrow in the attached figure refers to which test? This test evaluates what?

The documentation on the Detailed Report isn't very precise. The p-Value could be for either the Cononical Correlation or the Likelihood ratio, or both. I would contact JMP directly to get that cleared up. And I would suggest that you encourage them to clear up the confusion in the documentation.
