can someone explain me how I determine LCL \ UCL and write to existing table?
They are shown me in the control chart but I need the values in a existing table like this:

The Data of CP, CPK, ... results from Within Sigma Summary Report (Process Capability).

If so, then right-click on the table and select Make into Data Table. This command is always available in the contextual menu for a table of results in a platform.
