No Manhattan Plot when I run Q-K Mixed Model.<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />When I run Q-K Mixed Model with my SNP data no Manhattan Plot is generated. Does that sound like a flaw on my data or has JMP Genomics changed the output here?
