How to summarize the data from the excel file

Hi, all
Now I want to summarize the C_G and the Parameters.How to do the summary by using JSL script? .

OR does anyone can give me some hints on how to summarize this 2 column without hard coding.

And is it possible JSL can do the pivot table like photo 2 that i attach?
