<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />Hi, here is a follow up to yesterday's question regarding a script running multiple Oneway t-test using a "Where" clause.
The following script does almost the right thing but the headers for each subset do not appear in the Journal.
Names Default to Here(1);
dt = Current Data Table();
For(i=92, i<= N Col (dt),i++,
ow = Oneway(
Y( :Delta mRSS W24 ),
X( :TRT01P ),
t Test( 1 ),
invisible,
Where( :(Column (i)) == 1 )
);
report(ow) <
ow = Oneway(
Y( :Delta mRSS W24 ),
X( :TRT01P ),
t Test( 1 ),
invisible,
Where( :(Column (i)) == 2 )
);
report(ow) <
ow = Oneway(
Y( :Delta mRSS W24 ),
X( :TRT01P ),
t Test( 1 ),
invisible,
Where( :(Column (i)) == 3 )
);
report(ow) <
);
OUTPUT FROM THE SCRIPT (One item)

DESIRED OUTPUT (Manual analysis; NOTE the Header Bar containing the Subset being considered):

before you send the report to the journal, just add in a statement changing the title for the Outline Box
dt = Current Data Table();
For(i=92, i<= N Col (dt),i++,
ow = Oneway(
Y( :Delta mRSS W24 ),
X( :TRT01P ),
t Test( 1 ),
invisible,
Where( :(Column (i)) == 1 )
);
report(ow)[Outline Box(1)]<< set title(
report(ow)[Outline Box(1)]<< get title || "Tertile Log ADAM12 1 BASELINE = 1");
report(ow) <
