Cuadro de tabla - ¿Cómo subrayar una fila?

¿Hay alguna forma de subrayar ciertas filas dentro de un Cuadro de tabla?

 

Incluso estaría feliz con una línea gráfica dibujada debajo de la fila, también.  Por supuesto, puedo colorear cualquier fila, pero preferiría una línea (como una delimitación horizontal en ciertos puntos dentro de la tabla).  gracias DJ

Podrías usar anotaciones, el usuario puede moverlas aunque:
