Service Provider Information
Describe the services the customer provides or plans to provide to its third party clients using SAS software.
- What SAS software will the Service Provider use?
- Describe the specific Service Provider application using the SAS software.
- Will the Service Provider also need to use SAS software for its own business purposes, other than in performing the service provider services?
Service Provider’s Clients
- For how many clients will the Service Provider perform service provider services using SAS software? For ASP/SSP customers, list the names of existing or new clients who will be provided services under this agreement.
- Will the Service Provider have any clients located outside the local country? If so, in what countries will the clients be located (e.g., France, Singapore, India, Canada)
- For how many client companies does the Service Provider expect to provide service provider services using SAS software?
- If there are international clients, how many clients or what percentage of clients will be located in each country? No international clients
Data
- If the Service Provider’s service involves processing of data, please describe the types of data that the Service Provider is processing (e.g., is it the third party clients’ data, the Service Provider’s data, data purchased by the Service Provider, public data, etc.).
Deliverables
- Will the Service Provider’s clients have access to the Service Provider’s licensed SAS software? If so describe the access and usage.
Target Market
- What is the target market for the Service Provider’s service?
- Does the Service Provider’s service directly compete with SAS’ ability to license software to the Service Provider’s clients?
- Would the third party client’s decision to utilize the Service Provider likely occur regardless of whether or not SAS software is used to process on behalf of the client?
