Categorical Platform does not hide or exclude 'Hidden and Excluded' rows

In Consumer Research, Categorical platform, Multiple Response all rows are included despite many have been given status of Hide and Exclude. Does anybody know if this is a 'bug' or if it is due to some other reason?

Sorry for posting - my mistake. No problem with the excluded.
