JMP extension nodes in enterprise miner

I would love to be able to execute the functionality shown in this document:

Specifically running boosted neural networks in JMP, but I cannot seem to find the approproaite file or instruction on how to implement the JMP extension nodes in EM, and no other documentation.

Does anyone have experience with this?

JMP 12.0 pro and EM 13.2.
