Is there a way to make a jsl addin toolbar visible by default?

Hi, I'm using JMP 11.2.0. Is there a way to make a jsl addin toolbar visible by default? Sometimes I have to go in via the view menu and enable it. It is ok for me, but my scripts are deployed so I have to notify others to do this.
