Critical alpha for LSmeans Tukey SeparationsHi JMPers,

When doing LS mean separations using Tukey's HSD test, JMP automatically sets critical alpha to the 0.05 (95%) standard.

Does anybody know how to relax ctitical aplha for Tukey's HSD tests, for example to set it at 0.01 (90%)?

Thanks!Re: Critical alpha for LSmeans Tukey SeparationsHold down the shift key prior to clicking the red triangle menu to choose Tukey (or Student for that matter). While continuing to hold the shift key down, choose Tukey (or Student) and you will be prompted for an alpha level (default is 0.05).
