How do I transform data points on to 4 in wafer if i have 49 pointscould someone guide me to transform data to a 4 in wafer
Re: How do I transform data points on to 4 in wafer if i have 49 points@tedla_gebre - Have you tried the semiconductor toolkit? It's designed for this type of visualization.

Best,
MRe: How do I transform data points on to 4 in wafer if i have 49 pointsDo you have the Arc(Theta) location from center for each of the points? That is, what is the form of the positional data from the metrology tool? Or, like many fabs, do you just have a pattern of where the points are in die X and Die Y values?
If you have that information, we should be able to solve your problem.Re: How do I transform data points on to 4 in wafer if i have 49 pointsThank you for your response.
I have 49 data points that are already predetermined from another metro tool. i want those data points to be on JMP wafer map exactly the same location as the wafer map from another metro tool.
Re: How do I transform data points on to 4 in wafer if i have 49 pointsI am not sure what you are asking? Do you want to find 49 points on a wafer to take your measurements from? Or do you want to determine the X Y coordinates for data already measured on a wafer? Could you be more specific in what you need.
