we quite often use variability plot, when add spec limit, usually :
1: manual added
2: using scrip for those frequent used parameters
is there any smart and faster way to add spec limit for >500 different parameters ?
parameters different for different product, each product has many parameters to evaluate the performance vs spec limit
we using other software that could auto add spec limit , very convinent for engineer to do the analysis
hope JMP can do this also

after try and try, I managed to get it done using my customised"script" (copy from others of course ...)
There's no built-in facility for managing spec limits since it depends on how your spec limits are stored to begin with.
However, using JSL to retrieve and set spec limits is fairly straightforward. Here's an earlier thread with some good pointers.
