Here is a script that illustrates how to do that:

Names Default To Here( 1 );
dt = Open( "$SAMPLE_DATA/Big Class.jmp" );
df = dt << Data Filter( add filter( columns( :sex ) ) );
Wait( 5 );
df << delete all;
