*I'm figuring out my script using a very small set of data before running my script on a very large data table.
I have ten values in one column, and I need to make ten different graphs each with an individual data point highlighted using a unique color/marker. I've figured out how to make the graphs using JSL, but my script changes the row state of all ten points on the graph. How do I change the row state of one row while leaving the other rows unchanged and repeat this for each row of data?
This is the script of what I have so far:
Names Default to Here (1);
dt = Open( "test_data_table.jmp");
foreachrow(
Row State() = Combine States(
Color State( 3 ), Marker State( 5)
);
Graph Builder(
Size( 989, 255 ),
Show Control Panel( 0 ),
Variables( X( :Column1 ) ),
Elements( Points( X, Legend( 5 ) ) ),
SendToReport(
Dispatch(
{},
"Sample",
ScaleBox,
{Add Ref Line( 0.579, "Dotted", "Red", "Median", 2 )}
),
Dispatch(
{},
"X title",
TextEditBox,
{Set Text( "Levels" )}
),
Dispatch(
{},
"Graph Builder",
OutlineBox, {Set Title( "" )}
)
)
);
);Here is an example of one way to do this:
Names Default To Here( 1 );
dt = Open( "$SAMPLE_DATA/Big Class.jmp" );
biv = Bivariate( Y( :height ), X( :weight ) );
nw = New Window( "Graphs", <<JOURNAL></JOURNAL>
