Hi,

I'm interested in making a JMP application which uses a check box to select from a data table.

You can do this kind of thing (and more) with the data filter:

dt = Open("$SAMPLE_DATA/Big Class.jmp");

dt << Data Filter(Add Filter( Columns( :height ) ));

Sorry.  I can just use the data filter and data filter content box.  Is there anyway I can pre-specify one of the columns in the data filter?  Basically get to the screen where if you like you can add with "and" or "or".  That would make it even easier as I know the column I want folks to look at first.

We'll need to know a bit more information.  What does your data look like?  What do you want the check box to do?
