Solve Inability to Create Custom Design with Full 3rd Order Model (10 terms)Hello,
I am using JMP 13.1.0. I am trying to create a custom DOE with two continuous factors (time and temperature) with a full 3rd order model, which would have ten terms, including the intercept. Below I have pasted what I'd like to have, with asterisks next to the two terms that I can't manage to add no matter what I try:
Intercept
Time
Temp
Time*Temp
Time*Time
Temp*Temp
Time*Time*Time
Temp*Temp*Temp
Temp*Time*Time (*)
Time*Temp*Temp (*)
Whether I choose D-Optimal or I-Optimal, it doesn't seem to matter. The software simply won't allow me to create the final two terms, whether through the interaction dropdown, or by using the "cross" button. I'm happy to answer any questions that would help someone to troubleshoot.

The trick is to highlight the 2nd order effect in the "Model" box and the term you want to cross it with in the "Factors" box and then hit the Cross button. For example, to create the Temp*Time*Time effect, select Temp in the Factors box, and Time*Time in the Model box and hit Cross.
