I am trying to find odds ratio between two nominal columns.
Each column has two coded parameters say, A and B for first column and C and D for second column.
I would like to get the odds ratio (using nominal logistic model), like, A/C , A/D , B/C and B/D.
I tried "Factorial to degree 2" and calculated odds ratio, but JMP did not give the "cross" odds ratio, instead gave individual column odds ratio, i.e. A/B and C/D.
Could someone please help giving some pointers on getting the odds ratio between two nominal columns?
